Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with adults and children during times of change, stress, conflict, loss, and cultural transition. I believe in looking for what works as well as acknowledging what does not work, focusing on the connection between thoughts and feelings, and personal empowerment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in the healing powers of relationship, communication, and expression of feelings and thoughts through story and art. We all have strengths and the ability to grow and thrive, taking it one step at a time.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions are person-centered and focused on what matters most to the individual client or family during times of change. Acceptance is key, and self-nurturing and mindfulness or creative assignments may be given to supplement sessions if desired and appropriate.
