Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor using my education and experiences to provide individual, family and group counseling. My space allows clients to identify challenges in their lives that have caused stagnation, hopelessness, continued cycles, fear, anxiety, self sabotage, separation, denial or other stressors. Life can be full of ups and downs, and it is necessary to explore the root, past experiences and generational traumas to overcome and build resiliency in the process.

My approach to therapy

My role is to provide a safe space and empathy to help clients process, explore, gain insight and go through their individual journey of healing. I will offer interventions, healthy coping strategies, psycho-education and challenge you to implement tools daily.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic process can feel overwhelming or daunting at times but Pursuit of Peace Counseling is here to help you along your journey of healing. Your needs, emotions, and thoughts are important and they matter. This is the first step of having a different outcome and breaking cycles. You are an overcomer. Challenge yourself and reach out today.
