Great to meet you!

I partner with my clients to find the best treatment options for their situations. I have seen the impact of mental health on the lives of not only our patients but also their families and loved ones, as I have experienced for years as a registered nurse. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who specializes in all lifespans for treating conditions related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance use, ADHD, and other behavioral health-related issues.

My approach to therapy

Accepting new clients via telehealth. Each client has challenges and obstacles that prevent them from moving forward, but we can find a way together. I base my practice on an integrative and empathetic care approach while recognizing that the path to a healthy mindset is unique for each client. My goal is to provide my clients with the most holistic approach and compassionate care. We will work together to determine the treatment plan that best suits your individual needs.

What you can expect from me
