Great to meet you!

I bring more than 30 years of experience as a therapist, along with four decades of personal practice and teaching in yoga and meditation. These practices have deeply shaped the way I understand healing, resilience, and the connection between our innver lives and how we move through the world.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in both clinical experience and the practices that have guided my own life. When appropriate, I may incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, or body awareness into our work in a way that feels natural and relevant to you. I meet people where they are, without judgement, and I believe that genuine connection is at the heart of meaningful therapeutic work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we can begin wherever it feels most important for you. I'll listen and take the time to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to prepare a story or know exactly what you need. We can discover that together. As we work together, I'll help you develop greater awareness of your patterns, recognize your strengths, and find practical ways to navigate what life is asking of you. My intention is to create a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine, respectful, and safe enough for you to be yourself. I hope theapy becomes more than simply a place to solve problems but a space whre you can reconnect with yourself, find greater clarity, and move through life with more freedom and wholeness.
