Great to meet you!

Clients often describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where clients can feel safe exploring difficult experiences, healing emotional wounds, and working toward meaningful change.

I specialize in helping adults struggling with trauma, spiritual trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from themselves, or impacted by painful experiences that continue to affect their daily lives and relationships.

I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). I integrate EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and clinical hypnosis to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I am licensed in Florida and New York and provide Telehealth counseling throughout both states.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a supportive space where clients feel comfortable discussing difficult experiences, exploring emotions without judgment, and working toward healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, spiritual trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, and relationship challenges. Together, we work to better understand how trauma and stress affect both the mind and body while developing healthier coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-confidence, and creating more fulfilling relationships.

I believe effective therapy should not only provide emotional support, but also help clients see real progress in their daily lives. Throughout treatment, I collaborate closely with clients, regularly checking in on goals, growth, and what is or is not working so therapy remains supportive, practical, and effective.

My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, connected to themselves, and better equipped to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will begin by focusing on what feels most important for you to share right now. There is no pressure to tell your whole story at once—therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will talk through what led you to seek support, any current challenges you are experiencing, and what you would like life to look like moving forward.

This session also includes gathering relevant background information to better understand your experiences and identify patterns that may be contributing to your current concerns. Together, we will begin outlining initial goals for therapy and discussing what approaches may be most helpful for your needs.

You can also use this time to ask questions about the therapy process and what working together will look like so you can feel more informed and comfortable moving forward.
