Great to meet you!

Great to meet you

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, or life challenges that feel difficult to manage alone. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, overwhelmed by emotion, in conflict with people you care about, or unsure how to move forward after painful experiences.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, family concerns, grief and loss, women’s issues, and relationship challenges. Therapy can be a space to gain clarity, better understand yourself, and develop strategies that support meaningful change.

My goal is to help you strengthen coping skills, build healthier relationships, and move toward greater emotional well-being and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empowering, and practical, while remaining grounded in your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, attachment-based, strengths-based, family, art, and trauma-informed approaches—to tailor therapy to your needs.

Together, we may explore patterns connected to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma responses, stress, and emotional distress. Our work may include building emotional-regulation and communication skills, developing healthier coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, and increasing self-awareness.

I believe lasting change happens when people feel genuinely supported while gaining practical tools to live more in line with their values, strengthen their relationships, and create the life they want.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free space where your concerns are taken seriously and your goals help guide the process. Therapy can be both validating and productive: a place to explore what is difficult while building practical ways to move forward.

As we work together, you may build greater confidence, coping skills, healthier boundaries, stronger communication, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more empowered, connected, and capable of managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, and making meaningful change beyond the therapy room.
