Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, or life challenges that seem difficult to manage on your own. You may be feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling with overwhelming emotions, experiencing conflict in your relationships, or finding it hard to move forward after painful experiences. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, stress management concerns, family issues, grief and loss, identity exploration, women's issues, and relationship challenges. Whether you're coping with persistent worry, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or major life transitions, therapy can provide a space to gain clarity and develop meaningful strategies for change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your coping skills, and create a path toward improved emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empowering, and solution oriented while remaining deeply rooted in understanding your unique experiences and goals. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Couples Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Attachment-Based Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Psychoeducational Family Therapy, Art Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Together, we will identify patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma responses, OCD symptoms, stress, and emotional distress. Therapy may focus on improving emotional regulation, strengthening communication skills, building healthier coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, and increasing self-awareness. I believe lasting change happens when people feel supported while developing practical tools that help them align their actions with their values, improve relationships, and move toward the life they want to create.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where your concerns are taken seriously and your goals guide the therapeutic process. I believe therapy should feel both validating and productive, offering a space to explore challenges while building practical solutions. As we work together, you may develop greater confidence, stronger coping skills, healthier boundaries, improved communication, and increased resilience in the face of life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and capable of managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, and creating meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
