Great to meet you!

Before I ever attended college, I found I enjoyed helping people with fitness training and herbs. After homeschooling for several years, I obtained a teachers license and found I preferred working one on one. I enjoy helping people become successful in life. I offer faith based, and integrated health counseling for a holistic touch.

My approach to therapy

I'm here to help when people don't feel like themselves. Sometimes talking or seeing things from a different point of view helps ideas fall into place. I use mindfulness, deep breathing and guided meditation to help with relaxation and clarity for trauma, anxiety or depression. Relationship problems tend to be eased by talking things through and using adapted materials in session and/or homework.

What you can expect from me

I use nature and coping skills assist with depression, anxiety, sleeping, pain, sadness, anger, stress, attention and nightmares as well as many other issues that can rob quality of life.
