Great to meet you!

Rena has experience treating professional women and adults from all cultures. She takes a process-based approach and tailors her sessions to the client. She also provides treatment through EAP and has a passion for working with Division I collegiate athletes and therapists (they need it too), exploring and healing emotional challenges impacting performance.

My approach to therapy

Rena helps clients avoid the difficult feelings that accompany pressure for excellence. She takes a process-based approach when helping clients. Her goal is to help clients find their true selves so they can live authentically. Her sessions include conversations about motivation and motivation to change, self-compassion, feminism, and attachment types. You will learn skills in mindfulness, to help self-awareness. Rena encourages clients every step of the way through their therapy journey.
