I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples and families. I have extensive experience working with military families, first responders, veterans and their families. I also have a special interest (and expertise) in working with those on the Autism Spectrum. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and with a wide array of issues. Clients have shared that they appreciate my openness, warmth and humor.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused therapies.

My goal for every client is for them to come away from our sessions with a renewed sense of hope, coping skills and techniques to ease the pain of whatever issue has been causing them stress.
