Great to meet you!

I am a very understanding and caring individual who is focused on helping you to overcome your obstacles and achieve your goals. I hope to help you understand what's holding you back and take the steps necessary to improve your life. I have decades of experience in treating different diagnoses and currently have an LPC, LCADC and ACS. I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples virtually.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I hope to help you identify thought patterns which are holding you back, challenge you to clearly and accurately assess your situation, and help you to identify solutions and to change your negative thought patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to create a nonjudgemental, safe space for everyone so that everyone can be honest and learn self-acceptance. Once self-acceptance is achieved, goals can be determined and we can work together to achieve those goals.
