Great to meet you!

I have been diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health concerns for over a decade. My experiences encompass in a variety of setting including emergency rooms, inpatient hospitals, substance dependence clinics and most recently an outpatient not-for-profit mental health clinic. The focus in my private practice is women’s mental health.

I am passionate about maternal mental health and supporting women through the unique mental health challenges they face while trying to conceive, during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is patient-centered, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients, where open communication and shared decision-making are key. By combining evidence-based treatments with individualized care plans, I strive to empower my patients to take an active role in their mental health and achieve lasting well-being. Please know that I do not prescribe controlled substances in my private practice.

What you can expect from me

You can look forward to being treated as a person, not just a patient. We will collaborate together to come up with a treatment plan that aims to be effective in improving your overall wellbeing.
