Great to meet you!

If you’re the one everyone depends on but you feel anxious, burned out, or emotionally drained, you don’t have to keep pushing through alone. I work with adults who are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside, especially women, professionals, parents, caregivers, and veterans navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and major life transitions.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and over 20 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings. As a veteran, I bring personal understanding of military culture and chronic stress. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and judgment-free, blending evidence-based medication management with supportive, real-world conversation.

If you’re looking for care that feels thoughtful, respectful, and tailored to your life, not rushed or one-size-fits-all, invite you to schedule a consultation and take the first step toward feeling more grounded and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand each client’s symptoms, history, and treatment goals. Care plans are individualized, medically appropriate, and aligned with current clinical guidelines.

I prioritize clear communication, patient education, and shared decision-making so clients feel informed and supported throughout treatment. Medication management is provided thoughtfully and conservatively, with ongoing monitoring for effectiveness and tolerability.

Appointments are conducted via secure telehealth in a calm, private setting, allowing for continuity of care and an unrushed experience. My goal is to help clients achieve symptom relief, improved functioning, and long-term mental wellness while feeling respected, heard, and empowered in their care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding your concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. We will review your mental health history, current stressors, medical background, and any prior treatments to ensure care is thorough and clinically appropriate.

The session is collaborative and unrushed. I take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and provide education so you understand how symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment options connect. If medication is indicated, we will discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives to support informed decision-making.

By the end of the visit, you can expect a clear treatment plan tailored to your needs, which may include medication management, therapeutic recommendations, and follow-up scheduling. My goal is for you to leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in the next steps of your care.
