Renata Teixeira Da Silva is a multicultural psychotherapist, able to assist patients in four languages English/Portuguese/French/Spanish, working with children, adolescents and adults with proven results. She has psychoanalytic trainings in several countries and have worked with the Miami-Dade schools, providing mental health treatment to students and their families. Renata also helped individuals presenting addictions, psychotic disorders, depression and anxiety, through the development of their higher self-esteem and impulse control.

My approach to therapy

Renata has a psychoanalytic framework to help patients identify their inner conflicts and interpersonal struggles. She has play therapy and adolescent therapy trainings and work with parents and couples to enhance relationship and communication.

She is frequently building knowledge attending conferences, study groups and trainings to help her patients to overcome struggles and distresses.
