Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging, but you don't have to face it alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges while building resilience and emotional well-being. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build insight, develop and strengthen coping skills, and work towards their goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you develop effective coping skills, build on your strengths, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness. I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can say, "I'm not okay," explore the reasons behind those feelings, and move toward healing and growth.
