I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado and I am also an affiliate faculty member of the Department of Psychological Sciences at Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Born and raised in Singapore and having lived in 4 countries, I now call the vibrant city of Denver and the beautiful state of Colorado home. I am a proud husband and father, a friend, a home chef, a sports fan, a recreational athlete, and world traveler.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach, using tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide actionable insights and real-world solutions.
