Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life stressors, and I’m especially passionate about helping people improve communication and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also integrating psychodynamic insight when helpful.

This means we’ll not only explore patterns and past experiences, but also focus on tools you can use right away, whether that’s managing anxiety, improving relationships, processing trauma, or building healthier coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to learn about your background, current challenges, and goals, but it will feel like a conversation—not an interview.

You can expect a warm, supportive environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying next steps and a plan that feels realistic and aligned with what you need.
