I have been in the mental health field since 2010 and have worked in various settings including inpatient facilities/rehabs as well as outpatient settings. I primarily focus my practice treating Adult Men and issues challenging aging Men. Outside of therapy I watch a lot of Star Wars, practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and love to eat anything spicy.

I prioritize the person sitting in front of me and work on understanding the way they see the world. I have training that allows me to uncover how experiences have effected themselves and others, as well as assist in re-writing stories that may prevent growth. I walk with my clients.

I will provide you a space to be heard and feel accepted. I've laughed and cried with my clients because they trust me with privileged information about their experiences.
