As a mother of 4 vastly different and wonderful children in a blended family. I can help with parenting, family matters, individual therapy, grief counseling and specialize in anxiety and depression. Clients can expect to take away homework, so to speak. I ask clients to work on things between sessions in order for you to be able to know how to work through the specifics and build your tool box of strategies and skills to use to handle situations that come up in life.
