Great to meet you!

I am looking forward to the possibility of working with you! My focus area is trauma across the lifespan, and its often lasting impact on relationships, work, and other activities of daily living. I primarily work with persons who have survived a traumatic experience, as well as Active-Duty Military, veterans, first responders, and physical/mental health providers.

My approach to therapy

My approach is aimed at helping a person to expand their capacity for well-being by exploring the thoughts, feelings, and memories which interfere with a person's work, relationships, and sleep. In our time together, I hope to walk with a client on a journey toward symptom reduction and increased wellness. I aim to build a relationship with a client that is collaborative, meaningful, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

I want the persons in my care to leave our conversations with feelings of being heard, understood, and cared for. I want the persons to be able to see their own growth from our time together.
