Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. As a first-generation immigrant and former addictions counselor, I bring a multicultural and trauma-informed lens to the therapy space. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, identity shifts, boundary issues, or healing from intergenerational trauma, I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be a chance to get to know each other and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask about your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you’re facing. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. From there, we’ll begin building a therapeutic relationship that supports your healing and growth

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and compassionate process. My style is warm, affirming, and infused with humor when appropriate. Together, we’ll work to build your personal toolkit for growth—focusing on communication, emotional awareness, and self-acceptance. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor sessions to your unique story, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and culturally attuned space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore challenges, build practical tools, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and grow with confidence.
