Great to meet you!

I became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about offering people a safe space to share their whole selves. I don’t want anyone to feel alone with the most challenging parts of life.

In my life, I am most joyful when spending time with family and friends. I have a deep respect for nature and enjoy skiing and hiking. I also enjoy yoga, learning, and contemplating. My family and I moved from Colorado to the Heber Valley in 2018 and I am so grateful to call this beautiful community home.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to understand you as a whole person, honoring your inner world, relationships, personal history, and the systems that influence you. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and systems theory, guiding how I understand each client. In the therapeutic process I draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

With 13 years of experience, I’ve found that the most transformative work happens when you feel truly seen and validated. By helping you connect emotions to body sensations, understand and love all parts of yourself, and disrupt unhelpful patterns, I aim to help you feel your inherent worth and the power you hold in your life. Change is challenging and effective therapy will push you. Together, we can work toward meaningful, lasting change.
