Great to meet you!

One thing I want new clients to know is that you don't have to earn your place in therapy. You don't need the "right" words, a clear plan, or a polished version of your story. You can show up exactly as you are.

I strive to bring warmth, authenticity, and compassion into the therapy room while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been lost, silenced, or buried along the way.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, identity questions, or major life transitions, we'll work together to help you better understand yourself and move toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

Healing is hard but necessary work. I believe an important part of therapy is being able to bring your entire self into the room, so my goal is to create an environment that is inclusive and nonjudgmental. I use a collaborative approach to assist my clients in navigating their challenges and creating the lives that they want. As a therapist, my goal is to assist my clients in navigating their current and potential future challenges with confidence and courage. I want all of my clients to walk away with a toolkit they can use to navigate the twists and turns life throws our way.

What you can expect from me

I like to think of intro sessions as a sandwich where we get an opportunity to craft what therapy will look like going forward. We will spend some time getting to know each other, and you get to tell me what led you to therapy. Before we end the session, we will set some goals (we'll figure them out together!) that align with the changes you envision for yourself. After that, we start working towards making your goals a reality.
