I use what works best for you. Together we will find it. I have been trained in EMDR and ART, (trauma techniques). I like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT (short for being present).
I like to listen and just get a feel for what's going on with you. If you are really struggling; I'll break down what's happening with you and give you some useful skills to try out at home. My goal is to remind you of who you are because we forget how to find our way back.
