Great to meet you!

I am a bit goofy and out of the box! You are my focus and I listen to you and focus on your goals and the barriers to them. I have a huge "Box of Tricks" and know they all don't fit everyone. So...If you don't like something I suggest ...Just say know and I will find something else to help you!

My approach to therapy

I am very eclectic! I understand everyone responds differently so being a one track pony is not helpful to the people I am here to understand and help. I am trained in a lot of different modalities and use them where they fit!

What you can expect from me

First time we meet is often full of questions and me listening to you. I want to know the reason you are here and the what and why's about you coming to therapy. I also let you know who I am and what to expect. It is a time for us both to ask questions and answer questions!!
