Welcome to my practice! If you are looking for an experienced psychotherapist to meet in person, I would be happy to schedule a brief consult. My office is located in the Virginia Square/Ballston neighborhood of Arlington. Areas of interest include ADHD, trauma, anxiety, addiction, chronic health conditions and relationship issues including family of origin difficulties.

My approach to therapy includes utilizing CBT, person centered, short-term problem-resolution and mindfulness practices.

During your first session, I find it helpful to clarify what is bringing you in for counseling and then spend time reviewing your history in order to have a better feel for the best treatment approach to may work for you.
