Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, whether you’re new to counseling or returning after past experiences. Maybe you already know your goals, or perhaps you just know something needs to change. You might be facing relationship challenges, stress, or uncertainty about what comes next. Therapy is a safe space to slow down, sort through what feels overwhelming, and gain clarity. Together, we’ll explore your needs and create a plan that helps you move toward greater confidence, healthier connections, and a more fulfilling life.

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. In sessions, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and gentle guidance. My goal is to empower you with tools, insights, and support that fit your unique situation and help you move forward.

You don’t have to face these challenges alone. If you’re ready to take the next step, schedule a session directly through my website or reach out for a brief phone call. I offer video appointments to make therapy accessible and comfortable for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe that meeting a client where they are at, building a close relationship, and working together on the hope of healing.

My goal is to provide a compassionate and empathetic space where you can learn and grow. Together, we will work on developing the skills needed for good communication and building a path towards healing. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. Let's put some hope in your day!

What you can expect from me

Our first session will start with me asking questions about the client, their family history, any previous therapy, medical issues and current life situation.

I then move on to who I am, how I practice, and what I love about being a therapist.

Finally we discuss what the client is hoping to get from therapy.
