During our first session, we'll get to know each other, discuss current concerns, explore goals, and review relevant background information. I'll also answer any questions about the therapy process so clients know what to expect moving forward. Together, the goal is to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of the path ahead.
