Great to meet you!

I’m an advanced-level psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Case Western Reserve University and 25 years of clinical experience. I draw from extensive training in multiple therapeutic approaches to help clients uncover and heal the root causes of emotional and behavioral patterns. My work supports people through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I strive to create a space where clients can gain deeper insight, release old patterns, and grow into their most authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based, holistic, and spiritually informed methods. I help clients uncover and heal the root causes of emotional and behavioral patterns, blending cognitive, behavioral, relational, and insight-oriented techniques with mind-renewal practices. My goal is to support clients in gaining self-awareness, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and supportive environment where they are encouraged to share their concerns and goals. I will ask questions to understand their history, current challenges, and what they hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we begin identifying patterns and underlying causes of emotional or behavioral difficulties. This session also allows clients to get a sense of my approach and how we can work together to create meaningful change. My aim is for clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
