Great to meet you!

My name is Renee Demirdjian and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose clinical approach is rooted in Jungian psychology, drawing on the depth and richness of the inner world to help clients develop greater self-understanding and lasting transformation. I specialize in a broad range of areas including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, attachment, gender dysphoria, and LGBTQ+ concerns, as well as couples therapy, relationship issues, parenting, and life transitions. Whether working with individuals navigating identity, couples seeking deeper connection, or clients facing the challenges of daily mental health, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients from a person-centered and humanistic foundation, believing deeply that the answers we seek already lie within us. I journey alongside my clients as they develop greater self-awareness and find the courage to go within to uncover their true selves. My approach to therapy is an integrative blend of modalities tailored to each individual, drawing from attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Jungian psychology. This rich combination allows me to meet each client where they are, offering both evidence-based tools and depth-oriented exploration to support meaningful and lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an environment that is warm, welcoming, and safe, where you can feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The first session is often spent getting to know you — your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you are hoping to gain from the experience in terms of your personal goals. This initial conversation allows us to begin building the foundation of our therapeutic relationship and helps me understand how I can best support you on your journey. :)
