Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Fairfield University. My background includes emergency nursing and extensive outpatient psychiatric experience, which has shaped my calm, thoughtful, and solution-focused approach to care.

I specialize in adult mental health and work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I take a holistic, personalized approach and integrate evidence-based treatment with lifestyle and wellness strategies.

My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe mental health care should be individualized, thoughtful, and focused on long-term wellness, not just symptom management.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I believe in treating the whole person- considering mental, physical, and emotional health together. I work closely with each client to understand their unique goals, preferences, and experiences, and we develop a personalized treatment plan together.

Treatment may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, therapy-informed techniques, and holistic approaches. I prioritize thoughtful prescribing, evidence-based care, and building strong therapeutic relationships.

I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered while also making meaningful progress toward long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, I focus on getting to know you as a whole person and understanding your goals for treatment. We’ll review your current concerns, relevant history, and discuss potential treatment options. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard and leave with a clear plan and next steps.
