Great to meet you!

Life is hard and sometimes scary. We all need a safe place to get support and help. I am here to walk alongside you and navigate the uncertainty.

I have a BA in sociology from The Ohio State University and a MA in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I am an inclusive counselor, an LPC, in the state of Texas and a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC. I see see adolescents and adults specializing in trauma and addiction.

My approach to therapy

Authenticity, transparency and a felt sense of safety/connection are the pillars of my practice. Trust is the foundation to positive growth, the therapeutic relationship is key.

I have specialized training in trauma and neuro-counseling, for a holistic mind/body approach. My lived experience on both sides of the couch gives me an authentic wisdom that cannot be taught. Let's figure this out together.

What you can expect from me

Clients will grow in self-awareness and learn coping skills that are individually specific. Growing self-trust, confidence, and self-esteem through a felt sense of safety are gained through reducing symptoms and gaining skills needed to cope through difficult times and overcome challenges.
