Great to meet you!

Whether you are the one who needs support or the one trying to find it for your child, the hardest part is often just knowing where to start. I work with kids, teens, and adults ages 4 and up. Much of my practice centers on parents juggling parenthood with individual life, women and female identifying clients struggling with health/ hormone concerns, neurodivergent folks, people with ADHD, anxiety, self esteem concerns, chronic conditions, children and teens processing development, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am trauma informed, and conceptualize all humans though a holistic lense. Years of working with children and families in the medical field, childcare, and therapeutic settings shape how I show up in the room with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is curious, kind, and direct. I look at you as a whole person and honor the many roles you hold. Together we may use Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to understand patterns, ease distress, and strengthen your relationships at home and within yourself.

What you can expect from me

Expect a relaxed, truly judgment free space where very little can surprise me. I will ask what life looks like right now, what you have already tried, and what you hope will feel different for you or your child. We can also look at parent training needs and supports. You will leave with clear goals and gentle, realistic next steps.
