Hi, I'm Renee, a holistic, empowering, and warm therapist who works with kids, teens, and adults, generally ages 4 and up. Much of my work centers on women and female identifying clients, maternal mental health, and families navigating big transitions. I also support neurodivergent folks, people with ADHD, anxiety, self esteem concerns, chronic conditions, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach is curious, kind, and direct, shaped by years of supporting children and families in medical, childcare, and therapeutic settings. I look at you as a whole person and honor the many roles you hold. Together we may use Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to understand patterns, ease distress, and strengthen relationships at home and within yourself.
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, truly judgment free space where very little can surprise me. I invite you to share what life looks like right now, what you have already tried, and what you hope will feel different for you or your child. We can also explore parent training needs and supports.
