Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating challenges such as childhood trauma, anxiety, ADHD, mood dysregulation, family conflict, or late realized autism. If you’re seeking support to manage anxiety, enhance communication, or build self-esteem, and are ready to explore both practical skills and deeper personal growth, we may be a great fit. My clients are those who want to feel empowered and work towards creating a fulfilling, authentic life.

My approach to therapy

I am adept at short term skill building for high stress situations blended with longer term healing approaches that help you achieve your goals.

I use narrative therapy as a backbone of my services with an educational and empowering focus. Support with boundaries, understanding others, communication approaches, and how neurotype impacts how we relate to the world. I am currently working on level three focusing oriented art therapy which can be used for parts work similar to IFS, mindfulness, enhancing understanding identify/Self, and learning to understand our emotions and enhancing self-awareness. This approach can also utilize art in sessions to help deepen self-discovery and create tools to help clients work through their struggles. I have an eclectic approach and pull in information from approaches such as DBT, IFS, and a neuroscience-based understanding of human experience.

What you can expect from me

I aim to help clients make sense of their experiences and feel empowered. The first couple of sessions is time to get know you and develop a shared plan for your treatment. I want you to know what to expect and to feel informed.
