Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Renee, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience, including critical care and leadership roles. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable, safe, and confident in your care.

My goal is to support you in improving your overall well-being, focus, and emotional balance so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, individualized, and focused on meaningful outcomes. I take the time to understand your unique experiences and tailor treatment to fit your specific needs and goals.

I combine evidence-based medication management with practical strategies to help improve mood, focus, and daily functioning. I also prioritize education so you understand your symptoms, treatment options, and feel empowered to actively participate in your care.

My focus is not only on symptom relief, but also on helping you build long-term stability and sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will review your history, current concerns, and what you would like to achieve in treatment. This is a supportive and open conversation where you can share at your own pace without judgment.

We will identify key areas of focus and begin developing a personalized plan, which may include treatment options, strategies, and next steps tailored to your needs.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of your symptoms and structured plan for moving forward.
