Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Renee Keller, LCSW. I’m a mother, grandmother, homesteader with a city soul, and I’ve been honored to do this work for more than 17 years. I work with high-capacity adults navigating full lives, meaningful responsibilities, complex relationships, and major life decisions. My approach is warm, direct, and practical, helping you create more clarity, confidence, and self-trust in the areas of life that matter most.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and active. I work best with clients who are ready to look beneath the surface, explore their inner world, and make meaningful changes in how they relate to themselves and others. I’m not just a quiet listener; I’ll support you, challenge you when it’s useful, and help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My work often draws from Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and practical tools for personal growth, relationships, discernment, and healing from unhealthy relational patterns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different through therapy. I aim to create a space that feels welcoming, honest, and emotionally safe, while also helping you begin to understand the patterns, decisions, or inner conflicts that may deserve attention. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll begin with where you are and work toward more clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change.
