Great to meet you!

I intentionally cultivate a relaxed and grounded atmosphere in sessions because therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale and just be. I want to create a setting that feels less clinical and more like a meaningful, supportive conversation so you can explore, feel, process, and grow at your own pace. I work with children and adults of all backgrounds, identities, and life stages who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move toward greater wholeness.

My approach to therapy

My heart is in helping others reclaim their power through the practice of boundary setting and self-care. Together we will explore what it means to set healthy, compassionate boundaries that honor your needs, values, and limits. Learning to listen to your internal signals, to speak your truth, and to trust your gut can be transformative. We will work on self-care as a radical and restorative act; not just bubble baths or quick fixes, but meaningful practices that nourish your mind, body, and soul.

What you can expect from me

I bring a trauma-informed approach to everything I do, which means I understand how experiences of trauma (large or small, chronic or acute) can shape how we experience the world. I also recognize that healing is not about “fixing” you; you are not broken. It’s about gently uncovering the resilience and wisdom that already lives inside you. Our work together will be collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer support, tools, and reflection to help you access the inner clarity and calm that may feel distant right now.
