Great to meet you!

I am a retired Army Nurse Corps Veteran and a Doctorate-prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with over 20 years of nursing experience, with the past 5 years as a practitioner. I've treated clients both in the inpatient and outpatient setting diagnosed with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

I provide a holistic approach to mental health, by focusing on the person as a whole through active listening, positive and compassionate feedback, with heart-warming care where each outcome is specific to that individual. I meet you where you're at in your mental health journey and we move forward together from there till you don't need my services anymore. I love to see my clients "graduate" from my office.

What you can expect from me

My clients typically tell me how better they feel after their initial visit, because of the valuable insight that they received at that visit, along with their individualized treatment plan, they feel like finally someone has listened and has been straightforward with them.
