Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Renee, I am a license professional counselor and a counselor educator and supervisor. I have a very strong background in addictions counseling and helping clients with recovery from substances and behaviors. I also have a strong interest in group counseling, and abundant experience with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and I also specialize in helping clients heal from the deep wounds of narcissistic abuse .

My approach to therapy

With a wellness-focused and holistic approach, I aim to create a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, challenge them to learn from their experiences, and gain self-awareness, through treating the "whole" client.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I like to know your past experience with therapy and what has worked and not worked for in a therapeutic setting. Then I like to explore the reasons for you seeking out help, and discuss ways to get that started together.
