Great to meet you!

I treat SUD (Substance Use Disorder) helping clients reach their desired level of recovery from substances and other addictions. In addition to treating a variety of addictions, I work with clients to decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Personality Disorders.

My approach to therapy

"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending". - C.S. Lewis.

What we do have control of is changing today and each day going forward. Let's work on that together. You got this!

What you can expect from me

I help clients gain deeper insight, change negative thought patterns and behaviors, improve relationships and achieve their desired level of recovery, while giving clients compassion and empathy. We will work together to find solutions, while also providing you with a safe/non-judgmental space to talk through your emotions.
