I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Math from St. Lawrence University and my Masters in Social Work from SUNY Albany School of Social Welfare. I have 19 years of experience working with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and family dynamics. I bring empathy and compassion to my work.
