Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome. You were born with innate potential and natural abilities, yet it may be easy to forget your personal power if you struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, or overwhelmingly stressful life situations. Allow me to help gently guide you back to a sense of empowerment and together we can work on shifting your focus toward your personal strengths. I utilize a client-centered approach and I'm active in giving support and feedback and I will compassionately challenge beliefs and actions that no longer work for you. I believe you can change the way you think about painful experiences; seeing them instead, as transformative opportunities.

I offer several years of experience as a psychotherapist working with diverse populations which has given me a deeper belief in the power of people to transform past pain into a life filled with meaning and wisdom.

Your decision to find a therapist is a great first step. I look forward to sharing the journey with you.

My approach to therapy

I utilize various approaches to therapy including mindfulness practice, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and client-centered therapy to help guide and reveal powerful feelings to begin the healing process

What you can expect from me

In working together, you have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and tools to manage your mental well-being and improve your life. Some of the takeaways include: coping strategies, positive affirmations, stress management techniques, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Additionally, clients may develop improved communication and interpersonal skills, increased self-awareness through mindfulness exercises, and a greater capacity for self-compassion.
