Great to meet you!

Loss-whether it’s anticipated or has already happened-changes everything. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Professional and Certified Grief Educator, I specialize in helping adults move through grief, caregiving exhaustion, anxiety, and depression with compassion and support. In our work together, you will find space to slow down, feel seen, be heard, and reconnect with a sense of meaning and hope, even when life feels uncertain

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a space of empathy, curiosity, and gentle challenge. I believe healing begins when we feel understood and supported, especially in times of grief or caregiving stress. My approach blends relational and psychodynamic perspectives with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and shift unhelpful patters of thought and behavior. Together, we will explore both the emotional and practical sides of your experience-finding ways to ease anxiety, honor your losses, and rebuild hope and resilience one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and hear what has been on your mind and heart, whether it is grief, caregiver stress, anxiety or depression. I will provide a safe space for you to share at your own pace, with understanding and compassion. Together, we will talk about what you hope to get out of counseling and begin exploring ways to support you and help you cope. This session is about compassion, understanding, and beginning the process of healing in a way that feels right to you.
