Great to meet you!

My name is Renee Reynolds and I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's Degree from Columbia University. I have been in the field for over 25 years (mostly as a school social worker). I believe in helping my clients build upon their strengths. I am solution focused. Together we will develop goals and work towards attaining those positive changes. I am a good listener and will help guide you to find peace in your life. I work with children, teens and adults. The children I work with call me their "Feelings Teacher." Life can be bumpy sometimes. I provide a safe place to vent and problem solve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, strength-based, holistic approach. I am a trauma informed therapist. I use mindfulness techniques to alleviate anxious feelings and to help with self-care. With the teens and children I work with, I am very tuned into their developmental stages and the impact life's stressors can have on them.

What you can expect from our first session

I am currently accepting new clients. And because life is busy, I have afternoon and evening hours available. Take the first step and reach out to me. I would be honored to be part of your healing journey. I am looking forward to working together. Though we will meet online for sessions, it will feel as if we are sitting in the same room! I offer a safe, warm, non-judgmental space.
