Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach combines evidence-based practices with genuine human connection to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater clarity, I provide a supportive environment where healing and growth can occur.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. My approach is client-centered, meaning I strive to meet you where you are while providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. Together, we will explore the challenges that brought you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move toward your goals. I view each client as the expert of their own experience and work to empower individuals to build on their strengths while creating meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel both exciting and nerve-wracking, and it's completely normal to have mixed emotions about the process. During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and better understand what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant personal history, strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and determine whether I feel like the right fit for your needs. While we may begin identifying initial goals and areas of focus, there is no pressure to share everything at once. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can move at a pace that feels comfortable while we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship
