Great to meet you!

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, family stress, or major life changes leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, family conflict, anger, stress, panic attacks, ADHD, and life transitions. Whether you're trying to manage overwhelming emotions, heal from painful experiences, strengthen relationships, or better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space where you feel supported and understood. I believe each person has the capacity for growth and healing. My goal is to help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of coping, and build greater confidence in yourself and your relationships. Together, we'll create a path that honors your experiences while helping you move toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences while also gaining practical tools they can use in everyday life. I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Therapy, and psychoeducation to support lasting growth. In our sessions, we'll work together to better understand thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, anger, stress, panic, or difficulties with emotional regulation. I strive to create a supportive environment where you can process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and develop greater self-awareness. Therapy is not about fixing who you are—it's about helping you access your strengths and build the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, open-minded, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and meeting you where you are, recognizing that healing and growth look different for everyone. As we work together, you can expect encouragement, honesty, and practical guidance tailored to your goals and needs. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident in managing stress, navigating relationships, regulating emotions, and responding to life's challenges with greater resilience. Over time, many clients experience improved communication, healthier coping skills, stronger connections with others, and a renewed sense of hope and balance. You do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone, and meaningful change is possible.
