My journey is very much like many of yours, I grew up in the south and attended the University of Houston for my undergrad and Houston Graduate School of Theology for my masters. I have worked in the field since 2017, with family’s, couples, neurotypical, and neurodiverse individuals from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and needs. I specialization in family and relational dynamics. I use a range of methodology including CBT, EFT , Solution Focused, Play and Art Therapy.
Through structured sessions, we will set goals and by using practical cognitive behavioral approaches you will gain the skills to identify and discover patterns of thinking that impact feelings and behaviors. Working in conjunction with each individual or family we discuss and determine what you desire to accomplish and your end goals.
As your therapist, I will provide a space for you that is free of judgment, where conversations are confidential, and I am ready to meet you where ever you may be on your journey.
