Great to meet you!

When you’re grieving, feeling depressed, or carrying anxiety, it can be hard to know where to start. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode.

I help children, teens, college students, adults, couples, and families work through grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, strengthened, and able to move forward at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand what they’re carrying, reconnect with their strengths, and build practical tools for healing and resilience.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s coping with loss, reducing anxiety, improving mood, or navigating change. My style is collaborative and compassionate, using approaches like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure about starting therapy.

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been happening, what support you’re looking for, and what goals feel important right now. You don’t need to prepare perfectly or know exactly what to say—we’ll start where you are.
