Great to meet you!

Welcome, my education and credentials include a BS in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2013 and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University in 2018.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression in inpatient and outpatient settings. I also have experience in working through life transitions and career guidance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Utilizing solution-focused therapy and person-centered principles, we will work to find solutions that you can use to empower yourself through healing and personal growth. Focusing on the here and now allows us to address your current situation and begin to learn how to tackle obstacles that occur in your life now and in the future.

What you can expect from our first session

Although you will work with me virtually you will find that you will feel as if I am in the room. I like to help reduce any immediate nervousness when we first meet because I am here to help and not cast any judgment. I like to follow the lead of my clients so each session might be different depending on your needs.
