Great to meet you!

You don’t have to carry everything on your own. I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing and advanced practice experience. My background spans emergency medicine, intensive care, primary care, pediatrics, and outpatient psychiatry, giving me a broad perspective on how physical health and mental health intersect.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to understand the whole person—not just a diagnosis—and create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with listening. I take time to understand your experiences, symptoms, goals, strengths, and overall health before recommending treatment. Depending on your needs, care may include medication management, therapy-informed support, practical coping strategies, or a combination of approaches. We’ll make decisions together and build a plan that fits your life—not just your diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming conversation focused on understanding you as a whole person. We’ll discuss your concerns, mental health history, lifestyle, medical background, and goals while answering your questions and exploring treatment options. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms and a personalized path forward.
