Great to meet you!

I work with people ages 25-90 navigating life with all of its challenges, changes, and circumstances, offering in-person and online sessions depending on what works best for you. I bring my genuine care and concern as well as my education and many years of experience to help you learn, grow, heal, make changes, and feel better so you can live a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

My approach to therapy

It can be difficult to start with a new therapist, so from the moment we meet I'll be focused on helping you feel comfortable and valued. I am engaged and active in therapy, working collaboratively with you. Therapy with me is both deep and practical. We’ll explore the emotions, patterns, and experiences that shape your life while also focusing on meaningful change — the kind that helps you live and feel better day to day. If you'd like to integrate your Christian faith into therapy, we can do that in helpful ways. We will work together to decide the best way forward for you to make the progress you would like to make in therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to start getting to know each other. I am warm and welcoming, and we will talk about what is bringing you to therapy. I will ask questions so I can begin getting to know you and your story. We will then work on creating a personalized plan for what therapy will look like based on what is most important for you.
